This is a recent Finnform project completed in Epping in early 2017 and leased to Crest Coatings.
The building is a 1330m2, clear span concrete factory, with upstairs offices and large warehouse with 2 roller doors. Imposing facade featuring alucobond and fins.
We built the offices to the clients specifications, including inside painting and sealed concrete floors.

Lara Way, Campbellfield
First project for 2014. Finnform constructed this warehouse measuring 1180m2 on a block totalling 1830m2. Includes a 3500mm wide paved backyard and 2 roller doors. Large 150m2 of upstairs office area.

We built this one for a public company originally and it has since changed name in time. Features sunken cool rooms and triple interceptor pits. The directors wanted an office fit out that matched the business profile, we went one better.
